We have around one hundred plastic injection machine, generally there are thirty to sixty machines are processing at the same time.Our annual output is around 30000000pcs phone cases and tablet cases.

3. Which testing will you do when a new phone covers produced?

Depends on the requirement of the hardness, the strength, the thickness, the humidity, the anti-scratch rate, the water proof rate, the high and low temperature endurance test, etc.
